Product Overview

Junxin manufactures DTII(A) bend pulleys for head, tail, take-up and other belt-redirecting positions. Pulley diameter, face width, shaft geometry, bearing interfaces and surface configuration are matched to the allowable load and conveyor installation.

We supply smooth and rubber-lagged configurations for new equipment and replacement requirements. An existing drawing, measured bearing centres, shaft dimensions or installation photographs can be used to confirm the production interface.

Are smooth and rubber-lagged bend pulleys available?

Yes. The surface configuration is selected from the pulley position, belt contact and operating requirement.
